How to Reduce Coronavirus Anxiety

With the Coronavirus being the only topic, most folks are talking about, we thought it was important to discuss ways to reduce anxiety about what is going on.


Often it is normal for us to worry when we don’t have control over a situation. Panic also spreads quickly with false information or rumors. When we feel threaten our anxiety increases.


Some anxiety can be helpful as it puts us on guard and makes us more aware of our daily behaviors and we think more about what we can do to make the situation better, like washing hands and disinfecting more often.


For others the anxiety becomes overwhelming.
