Rock Star Must Haves!

 

• Adhere to given schedule and appointments.

• Organize and hand in an accurate accounting of appointments at the end of each pay period.

• Adhere to all practice policies and procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms, as well as, restock of linens and products between and at the end of each working shift.

• Must possess the ability to perform consecutive services in a pre-determined period of time.

• Required to sell retail products or enhancements associated with treatments.

• Must have adequate computer and typing skills to complete patients’ clinic notes after each treatment.

• This will include treatment notes pertinent to medical patients of the practice.

• Professional and well-spoken.

• Demonstrate exemplary knowledge, skill and/or ability in massage therapy techniques and customer service.

• Must possess strong educational background with the ability to implement appropriate techniques according to an assessment of patients, indications or contradictions.

• Satisfactorily respond to individual patient needs and follow practice standards as directed

• Maintain state licensing & education requirements at all times.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Must have graduated from an accredited massage school with sufficient hours based on massage modality.
