Essential Oils Helps with Anxiety

As someone who suffers from severe Anxiety I have spent a lot of time looking for nontraditional methods to help with “busy brain”, you know that feeling when you are thinking of way too many things at once and you just can’t pull yourself out of it.
One of the things I came across and fell in love with is essential oils.
On the days my mind won’t stop racing I have a specific blend 4 of essential oils I use to help combat that, Clary Sage and Bergamot both are helpful for stress and anxiety.
Grapefruit for mental fatigue and Sweet Orange (or regular orange) which is also good for mental fatigue as well as worry.
You'll want to add 4 drops Clary Sage, 4 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Grapefruit and 2 drops Sweet or regular Orange to your diffuser and let the magic happen.
I find that it helps me pull myself from that seemingly endless spiral of thoughts and allows me to focus a little more on the here and now. So, the next time you have "busy brain" give this a try and I hope it works for you too!
