Alissa has been with Jade Star for a year and she strives for excellent patient care she is always continuing to grow and further her education and life experience.
Alissa is educated in and holds degrees & certifications in acupuncture and oriental medicine, Mei zen cosmetic acupuncture, sports medicine, and rehabilitation, Additionally, she is educated in personal training, including Chi gong, pilates, and yoga. She graduated from Acupuncture school in 2000. She has served on the Sports Medicine Advisory board and taught college for 10 years. Alissa also has worked as a Peer Reviewer and Independent Medical Examiner.
