The anxiety that many of us are currently dealing with often comes with depression.

This can be a result of job loss, sense of no control changes to your normal routine or schedule or for reasons that you can’t pinpoint.

Depression can affect all of us differently, some of us might have a few bad days and then feel good again. For others, depression can become debilitating and affect not just the person dealing with depression but the people closest to that person.

New studies have shown that 1 in 3 patients were no longer depressed after three months of acupuncture or counseling, compared to 1 in 5 who received neither treatment.
